Traditional Christmas menu 2016

Hidden away behind a discreet blue facade on a narrow side street of the Little Quarter (Malá Strana), you’ll find the “Blue Duckling” restaurant – (U Modré kachničky I). The chef successfully transformed Czech’s traditional everyday cuisine into sophisticated, refined dishes. For Christmas this stylish, intimate restaurant has created two truly memorable menus.

Marinated crayfish in dill mayonnaise
