The signature of the owner, Zdeňek Pohlreich, can be seen in the choice of star products, notably the veal cheek, prepared with marsala and served with a pan-fried spinach, sultanas and pine nuts. You can also try them in combination with potato gnocchi and Sardinian pecorino cheese.
