The descriptively named Bohemia Boards & Brews was founded by Douglas Kaufmann in Prague and has a simple concept: come, have a drink, and play board games. For a fee of 60 crowns, you can borrow a game and play for as long as you like. Bohemia Boards & Brews is also a standard pub, so you can simply come for a drink; playing isn’t obligatory.
The pub lies in Vršovice, an up and coming district that thanks to a number of establishments in Krymská Street, is experiencing a boom like never before. The ales and lager on offer change each day, and the pub attracts beer aficionados most of all.
