Experience the magic of Christmas Eve in the heart of Prague with a festive dinner at the famous Municipal House Brewery. Located beneath the city’s most iconic Art Nouveau building, this historic venue offers a warm, authentic atmosphere filled with tradition and charm.

The restaurant’s interior combines blue ceramic décor, wood panelling and original furnishings, creating a cosy, rustic yet elegant setting — perfect for celebrating one of the year’s most special evenings.

Our Christmas Eve buffet highlights the best of Czech cuisine: roasted Prague ham carved in front of guests, fried carp fillets with potato salad, roasted duck with red cabbage and dumplings, pearl barley risotto with mushrooms, and an irresistible selection of homemade desserts and Christmas cookies.

Add to that unlimited drinks, festive music and the glow of the season — and you’ll enjoy an unforgettable Christmas Eve dinner in true Czech style.

STARTERS

  • Selection of cheeses and cold cuts
  • Smoked veal tongue salad
  • Salad bar – fresh vegetables, croutons, grated egg, olives, Balkan cheese, oils, vinegars and dressings
  • Selection of bread, butter and spreads

SOUPS

  • Chicken broth with vegetables and Celestine noodles
  • Traditional fish soup with caviar and milt, served with toasted croutons

LIVE STATION

  • Christmas roasted Prague ham on the bone, with horseradish, mustard and bread (carved in front of guests)

MAIN COURSES

  • Pearl barley risotto with mushrooms
  • Fried carp fillets, potato salad, lemon oil
  • Grilled white sausages, mashed potatoes with leek
  • Mini chicken and pork schnitzels
  • Roasted duck with red cabbage and potato dumplings
