STARTERS
- Snails with wild garlic butter, 12 pcs
- Christmas “Kuba” — baked barley cake with porcini mushroom duxelles, confit onion, truffle oil
- Fish soup — clear carp head consommé, julienned vegetables, ravioli filled with fish mousse
MAIN COURSES
- Chicken or veal schnitzel fried in butter, served with traditional potato salad
- Pike-perch fillet in butter, celery and parsnip purée, roasted apple
- Grilled wine sausage with creamy mashed potatoes, truffle, and red wine reduction
DESSERTS
