Situated on Old Town Square, Brasserie Mincovna offers traditional Czech cuisine with a modern twist, with an emphasis on elegant presentation.

The restaurant’s atmosphere is both modern and welcoming, with wooden tables and chairs in a high-ceilinged room typical of Prague’s old houses.

Czech coins used to be minted here in the 18th and 19th centuries, hence the name of the brasserie: Mincovna, which can be translated into English as "mint".

For lunch, a dish of the day will cost you between 170 and 200 CZK (around 7 - 8.50 € – as of August 2023), a very good price for the very good quality of the food. You can also accompany your delicious meal with the famous Czech beer Pilsner Urquell, drawn directly from a vat, which makes it even better!
