To accompany a long evening and a small glass of Greek wine, the mezzés are just the thing: they will allow you to put together a real buffet based on octopus in wine and honey, grilled halloumis, aubergine caviar, fried small fish or snails in red wine, tomato and thyme - real Cretan-style snails... Asarlidis uses only the highest quality ingredients in his cooking, from Spanish pork and the finest wagyu beef to delicate lamb prepared in parchment paper, among other things, so that the meat retains all its juices.
