Lípa

Permanently closed

Lípa (The Lime Tree) is a Prague souvenir shop. Everything you can see was produced in the traditional way in the Czech Republic, and all of the items have their own special stories. So, for example, the soap came into being as the result of a mother’s attempts to soothe her son’s eczema. The chocolate bars in beautiful packaging are from Krásná Lípa, a small town suffering from high unemployment, in the north of the Czech Republic. And the carpets? They are a unique work produced by disabled people. The selection of jams, place mats, items made of paper, and children's toys – all are traditional Czech products, and handmade in the Czech Republic. They were selected by people with excellent and refined taste.
