Tonak

In addition to classic headgear and items produced by master hatmakers (formal hats for men and women, berets, and straw hats), you'll also find seasonal models with varied and very imaginative designs. Although all are of high quality, they are available at very reasonable prices.

Founded in 1799, Tonak is the most famous hat brand in the Czech Republic. Tonak mostly produces felt or linen hats, for ladies, gentlemen, and children.

Today, the company runs two factories, in Nový Jičín, in Moravia, and Strakonice, a South Bohemian town famous for the production of fez hats.
