Main description
Immerse yourself in Czech and Slovak traditions in a warm and authentic setting. Michal Restaurant, located in the heart of the Old Town, welcomes you for a festive evening where music, dance, and gastronomy harmoniously come together.
Upon arrival, a smiling team greets you in a rustic and cozy hall, typical of Bohemian taverns. From the first notes, the magic begins: musicians perform traditional tunes from different regions of Bohemia, Moravia, and Slovakia on the cimbalom, violin, and double bass. They are accompanied by dancers and singers wearing richly embroidered, hand-made costumes. The lively rhythms and colorful choreography often invite audience participation. Guests at the tables can interact with the performers and take part in various activities if they wish — a warm and festive shared experience.
While the show is in full swing, a hearty traditional Czech dinner is served at the table: each dish is carefully prepared to highlight local flavors. The meal is accompanied by local beer, wine, and soft drinks served freely throughout the evening.
Far more than a simple dinner-show, this evening is a living immersion in Czech and Slovak folklore, a convivial experience that delights both curious travelers and families. Between laughter, music, dance, and gastronomy, enjoy an evening full of authentic vibrancy in the heart of Prague.
