Mlýnec restaurant is situated right by the River Vltava, which means that you can look forward to breath-taking views as you enjoy your meal. The lounge and terrace offer an unrivalled view of the Charles Bridge and the perfect spot to watch the spectacular New Year fireworks.

A fusion of Western and Asian influences, the original menu is packed with flavour, and brilliantly combines both cooking traditions. A singing pianist and her band will perform during the dinner.

A party will follow the meal. Enjoy buffet and drinks from the open bar as the DJ Tim Otis plays a selection of music, and experience a very special New Year’s Eve atmosphere.

Drink as much as you want from the wide selection of alcoholic beverages at the bar. They include Bohemia Sekt Brut sparkling wine, premium Czech draught beer – Pilsner Urquell, cocktails, Vermouth, vodka, sherry, Port wine, traditional Czech drinks, whisky, bourbon, gin, rum, and Tequila. Also available are cognac, brandy and other digestives, and cold non-alcoholic beverages, including mixers.
