The Pizza Nuova pizzeria starts from an interesting concept: that of offering us real Neapolitan pizzas. The tomatoes, Bufala mozzarella and olive oil come directly from Italian producers, which gives them such an authentic taste.
The pizzas are cooked over a wood fire and come out of the oven with a crust thick on the edges and very thin in the center: typical of pizzas in Naples.
