The small town of Kutná Hora has something to surprise visitors. Located in the heart of the Czech countryside, its rich past has endowed it with a great architectural wealth and an authentic charm.

Located on a silver mine, the town of Kutná Hora has been for several centuries a European Mecca of coinage, and you may have the opportunity to attend a demonstration of coinage at the Italian court.

More surprising, and all the more unavoidable, you will visit the chapel of the Sedlec ossuary, a unique spectacle because of its decoration made entirely of human bones. Eerie, but above all artistic, this chapel is a powerful reminder of the finitude of human life.
